The biopsychosocial model considers biological, psychological, and social factors and their complex interactions in understanding your performance.
Psychotherapy is examining, learning, and modifying thoughts and beliefs, feelings, behaviors and action, towards your desired outcomes. We are complicated beings and these biological, psychological, and social factors need to be considered. Similarly we don’t exist in bubble of isolation, but a larger system (team, workplace, family, culture, etc).
